About the Cloverleaf Building

Newly remodeled, the Cloverleaf Building provides 3,200 square feet of open space, with the ability to handle 200 guests. The enclosed kitchen area offers room for your caterer to work away from the view of the event floor space. The room has windows on the east wall letting in natural light, along with dimmable lights in the ceiling so you can create whatever ambiance you want for your event. The fountain at the front entrance provides a beautiful location for photography. The Cloverleaf Building has its’ own parking lot right outside the west entrance gate, allowing your guests to have
easy access.

Terms and Services

A $300 refundable damage deposit is required to reserve the date. Tables and chairs come with the rental and are setup for you by the event staff however, if a different style of table or chair is desired, we can make rental arrangements for you to have a different style brought in. Alcohol service must be handled by a licensed and insured catering company and you are free to use the catering company of your choice.
