Located in the South Park blocks of downtown Portland, the Oregon Historical Society is surrounded by culture, history and beauty. The Society offers indoor and outdoor venues capable of accommodating a variety of events. 

The James F. Miller Pavilion is the ideal location for an elegant downtown event with a unique museum feel. The adjacent outdoor Plaza is a lovely ceremony or reception site on its own, or can be combined with the Pavilion to create a beautiful indoor /outdoor reception.

The Broadway Terrace is the perfect setting for a ceremony or smaller reception, or as an added space for an elegant cocktail hour. Surrounded by boxwoods and encompassing a southern view of the Haas Mural, the Terrace truly emotes urban living.

The Madison Room is designed for smaller groups and is the perfect space for a rehearsal dinner or getting ready on your wedding day. Enjoy a view of the south park blocks from the Madison Room’s private terrace.
