About the Sand Trap

Whether or not you have a golfer in your party, the Sand Trap is a wonderful spot to hold your big day. Set on the Oregon coast just north of Seaside, our pub and event space looks out over the historic 1892 Gearhart Golf Links, said to be the oldest west of the Mississippi. Just imagine your wedding photos with that velvety green grass in the background! Our event space, Livingstone’s, opens up onto a large patio steps away from the links. We also offer a nice outdoor space adjacent to Livingstone’s which might better suit your dreams. Throughout it all, we will have McMenamins ales, wines and spirits available to keep your guests happy! Overnight accommodations are available across the street at the Gearhart By the Sea condominiums that look out over the Pacific Ocean or in several small hotels in the area.
