Le Cookie Monkey is a small independently owned and operated bakery in Portland. Everything we make is fresh to order, strictly from scratch, and never frozen!. We love using local ingredients, such as dairy and eggs, and customizing each order with seasonal ingredients! We use local berries during the summer months, and pears, cherries, and apples in the fall. We want to be able to help you create the wedding dessert(s) of your dreams.

Le Cookie Monkey specializes in over a dozen wedding cake flavors, such as apple spice, lemon, red velvet, devil’s food, champagne, hummingbird, and so many others! We also create signature mini desserts as well as signature decorated sugar cookie cut-outs. These cookies make great guest favors, as well as the option for a freshly baked late night snack at your reception!

If you have a certain flavor, style or concept in mind, just ask! We want to give you the opportunity to mix and match and be creative on your special day!

Don't know about you, but cookies just make me happy... Right out of the oven, still gooey and warm.. Love it! All my cookies are baked fresh to order & delivered to you. Always from scratch using all natural high quality ingredients, always made with love. All cookies come boxed up ready for you to enjoy! If you had another cookie flavor in mind that you don't see, don't hesitate to ask...the recipe box is overflowing:)
