 First Presbyterian Church is a unique treasure nestled in the heart of the city, with its Victorian Gothic inspired architecture; it is the perfect location for a large or intimate affair. Built in 1890, it is one of the oldest and largest churches in Portland. The hammer-beam trusses, original hand carved pews, Povey stained glass windows and magnificent Jaeckel pipe organ provide the perfect setting for a romantic and unforgettable wedding ceremony.

We promise that our dedicated and expert staff will help you create the wedding day you have dreamed of. A member of the church’s pastoral staff or your own minister may officiate your wedding ceremony.

First Presbyterian Church is also available for wedding receptions. Our beautiful and picturesque plaza is an exceptional location for an outdoor reception with the cityscape as its backdrop. Whether you desire a small garden party or a larger lavish affair, this urban chic venue is perfect for your wedding reception.
