Cooper Spur Mountain Resort is a rustic mountain retreat located on the north side of Mt. Hood, just 90 minutes from downtown Portland. The resort is set in the midst of private forested meadows, and offers a variety of picturesque backdrops for your wedding. Three peaks; Mt. Hood, Mt. Adams, and Mt. Rainer can be seen from the property.

Lodging

The lodge rooms, condos, and private cabins portray a simple elegance that invite you to relax. Amenities include kitchenettes/minifridges, wood-burning fireplaces, air-conditioning, FREE Wi-Fi, a picnic area, tennis/volleyball/basketball courts, Nordic and hiking trails, ski area and tubing park, sundeck with hot tubs, and our legendary steakhouse.

Wedding Venues

Grand Lawn – this meadow-like setting surrounded by forestland features views of Mt. Adams and distant Mt. Rainier. The spacious grassy area allows for large tented weddings and receptions. It’s an ideal location for summer weddings.

Private Log Home – the Log Home sits at the forest edge and provides a magnificent view of Mt. Hood. This provides a stunning and natural back drop for a wedding ceremony.

Cooper Spur Lodge & Restaurant Dining Room – Have your entire event; ceremony, cocktail hour, and wedding reception in our rustic lodging and restaurant dining room. Accommodates up to 50 people.

Catering

Our professional catering staff can cater all aspects of your event, from rehearsal dinners, to cocktail hours, to elaborate receptions, to farewell breakfast brunches. Presentations range from simple to elegant, but always with the attention to detail that will impress you guests.
