Every Friday and Saturday, beginning January 14th and going through April 23rd, the Portland Spirit and Kink FM will be hosting a blast-from-the-past interactive theater production of Ken Davenport’s Awesome 80′s Prom. This production is similar to the interactive theater production of “Tony and Tina’s Wedding.” The Prom is set in 1989 at Wanaget High School. Everyone from the captain of the football team, the Asian exchange student, the geek, the outcast and the princess, will be competing for title of Prom King and Queen. Similar to that of American Idol, the audience will decide who will claim that title.
Each ticket is $75 per person. The tickets include buffet, dinner, entertainment, and service gratuity.
So be sure to Wake Up Before you Go Go, and be ready to Bust-A-Move, Vogue, and Party Like It’s 1999 with all the Girls who Just Want to Have Fun!

There is a shared excitement at Devil’s Food Catering these days. Their kitchen is expanding and their business is growing. They have a few major events lined up on the books in the next several weeks and have honed their knives and sharpened their utensils in anticipation of all of the cooking and the planning set to take place.
On Saturday, February 19th at 6 p.m., Devil’s Food Catering will be at the Portland Art Museum for the “Midnight at the Oasis” Benefit Auction. Hors D’oeuvres & dinner will be served, and a silent auction and entertainment will commence during the entire event.
Devil’s Food has the most innovative styles with cooking, combining the fusions and flavors of Honduran food alongside Southeren and Northwest favorites during a New Year’s Eve Wedding. With their masterful preperation of flavorful dishes, they have over exceeded the expectations at many events! If you are looking for an amazing catering company to provide delicious treats at your next event, be sure to contact Charles at 503.233.9288 or at charles@devilsfoodcatering.com.
