Renting Special Transportation
Everyone enjoys the experience of riding in a luxury limousine at least once in a lifetime. It can be the final touch that makes your wedding day or event complete, so be sure to include some kind of transportation category in your budget.
You may want to include transportation for your guests to and from the wedding. If you have a lot of out of town guests and your wedding location is hard to get to, you may want to rent a bus for your guests. Renting guest transportation is also nice so that they can enjoy the wedding and don’t have to worry about having to drive back to their hotel. This may be something else you want to include in your wedding budget.
Don’t Reserve A Limousine Over The Phone
Go to the limousine service and personally inspect the vehicle you are considering renting. Be sure you’re dealing with an established, reputable company. These businesses will display or readily have available important information like a business license and liability insurance certificate. If you have any concerns or questions about the service, ask for references and check them out.
Be Sure To Get What You Paid For
Make sure the limousine will be cleaned and presentable when it arrives on your wedding day. Read the contract carefully before paying a deposit. Make sure the date, times, locations (addresses), and the specific limousine you want are spelled out in writing on your contract. Remember that gratuities are usually additional. If the vehicle is not presentable and the chauffeur isn’t professional, you are under no obligation to pay a tip.
